What We Do

Hygiene Kits
Healthcare and chemotherapy care
Caring Smiles delivers hygiene kits designed to promote healthy smiles and comfort while increasing access to resources that support oral and cardiovascular health for patients.

Cancer treatment–specific product: Chemotherapy and other cancer treatment drugs can cause a bitter taste in the mouth and increase the risk of cavities due to dry mouth. Dry mouth is a common side effect of cancer treatments. To help manage these effects, we created a comprehensive oral hygiene kit designed to combat dry mouth and improve comfort during treatment.

One hygiene kits include: a toothbrush, a tube of toothpaste, chapstick, scented hand sanitizer, and dry mouth drops.

All hygiene items are individually wrapped and packed in a clear cosmetic bag so they are ready for use.

Each kit is packaged neatly and tucked in with a handmade encouragement card that will make you smile :)

More Projects
Along with creating comforting hygiene kits, we also do various other projects! Some of these include delivering school supplies to students, creating hand-made warm felt blankets, relaxing coloring books promoting positive mental health, more.

Other Communities
We have not only served various hospital communities in the country, but have also collaborated with the Community Service Center at Boston University to serve the Mather School in Boston, which is the oldest free public elementary school in North America.

Our Process
Our projects are handled and created with just three easy steps!
1
Collect
We get our dental supplies from . Freshly manufactured and ready to be packed! For hygiene purposes, we make sure that every hygiene item is individually wrapped and new. Once we have all of our supplies, we head onto step 2, which is packaging!
2
Package
Our team hand packages all of our hygiene items in a neat and safe way. Our team dedicates a month to each and every project to ensure that every project is made with optimum care and love. Each of our projects are wrapped neatly in a bow with a handmade encouragement card.
3
Deliver
After our packages are wrapped and ready to go, we drop them off at hospitals around Chicago! Some of the hospitals we have partnered with are Loyola Medicine, Lurie Children's Hospital, and more.
